WyzrAI is an AI compliance consulting practice owned and operated by Christine Diaz, based in St. Louis, Missouri. 2. What Information We Collect

When you use the free AI compliance scan on our website, we collect the following information you provide in the form: business name, your name, email address, website URL (optional), industry (optional), operating states, AI tools you use, and any optional concern you choose to share. When you book a strategy call, your name and contact information are collected by Google Calendar. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. WyzrAI does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the free scan form is used exclusively to generate your personalized AI compliance risk report, display your results on this page in real time, send a copy of your scan inputs to WyzrAI for record-keeping via IONOS encrypted email, and send you a one-time follow-up if your risk score is critical. We do not use your scan data for marketing, profiling, behavioral advertising, or any purpose other than delivering your scan results.

4. How Your Data Is Processed

Your scan inputs are transmitted directly to the Anthropic API, where Claude AI analyzes your inputs and generates your compliance findings. No third-party form platforms such as Tally.so or HubSpot are used. Your data is not routed through any intermediate platform.

5. Data Retention

• Scan result data — deleted within 14 days
• Business name — retained up to 3 years to prevent duplicate scans; permanently deleted on request
• Paid client data — retained for the engagement plus 3 years, then permanently deleted
• All data — permanently deleted upon written request to info@wyzrai.com

6. Third Parties We Work With

• Anthropic, PBC — processes scan inputs via the Claude AI API
• IONOS — hosts our encrypted business email
• Stripe — processes payments for paid services
• Google Calendar — used for strategy call bookings

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, delete, correct your information, and opt out of automated decision-making. To exercise any right, email info@wyzrai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 45 days.

8. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. To submit a CCPA request, email info@wyzrai.com with the subject line "CCPA Request."

9. Children's Privacy

WyzrAI services are intended for business operators and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Security

We transmit scan data via encrypted HTTPS connections. Email delivery uses IONOS encrypted email. We do not store scan data in databases or third-party cloud platforms beyond what is stated in Section 5.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wyzrai.com, using the free AI compliance scan, booking a strategy call, or purchasing any WyzrAI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

WyzrAI provides free AI risk scans, paid compliance audits, policy document packages, and AI operating system builds. All services are provided for informational and compliance guidance purposes only. WyzrAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. Free AI Compliance Scan

The free scan is provided at no charge and without warranty. Scan results are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) and are preliminary in nature. They do not constitute a legal determination of compliance or non-compliance. WyzrAI makes no guarantee that the free scan will identify all compliance issues applicable to your business.

4. Payment Terms

All paid services require full payment before work begins or deliverables are provided. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final — WyzrAI does not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have a concern about the quality of your delivered report, contact us at info@wyzrai.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. AI-Assisted Services Disclosure

WyzrAI uses Claude by Anthropic to assist in preparing compliance audit reports and related deliverables. By engaging our paid services you acknowledge that AI tools are used as part of our service delivery process, your intake information will be processed through Claude's API on Anthropic's servers, and all AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human professional before delivery.

6. Confidentiality

WyzrAI treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, audit findings, or intake responses to any third party except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

WyzrAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or from any compliance gap that is not identified in a scan or audit. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All deliverables prepared for you are yours to use, update, and share internally. WyzrAI retains ownership of its underlying methodology, frameworks, and templates. The tools used to build your deliverables remain WyzrAI's property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. What ADMT Means

Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) refers to any system that uses computation — including artificial intelligence — to make decisions or generate analyses. Several states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas require businesses to disclose when they use ADMT.

2. How WyzrAI Uses Automated Technology

When you complete the free AI compliance scan, your inputs are assembled into a structured prompt and sent to the Anthropic API, where Claude AI analyzes your inputs and generates a JSON response containing your risk level, risk score, estimated exposure, and three specific compliance findings. This response is displayed on this page as your compliance risk report — generated entirely by AI without human review at the free scan stage.

3. What the Automated Analysis Does Not Do

• It does not constitute a legal determination of compliance or non-compliance
• It does not constitute legal advice
• It does not access any data from your business systems — it relies only on your inputs
• It does not make decisions about your employment, credit, housing, or other legally protected interests

4. Human Review

Free scan: Results are generated entirely by automated AI. No human review occurs before delivery.

Full Compliance Audit (paid): Every finding and remediation roadmap is reviewed by a WyzrAI compliance specialist before the report is delivered to you.

5. Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of automated decision-making. The simplest way is to not submit the free scan form. If you would like a compliance analysis without automated processing, book a free 30-minute strategy call and WyzrAI will conduct a manual review during that conversation.

WyzrAI collects limited personal information — your business name, your name, email address, and optionally your website and industry — for the sole purpose of running your free AI compliance scan. We do not sell this information to data brokers, advertising networks, lead generation companies, or any other third party.

2. Who We Share Data With (and Why)

The only entities that receive your scan data are Anthropic, PBC (to process your inputs through Claude AI) and IONOS (our encrypted email provider for internal recordkeeping). These transfers are service-provider relationships, not sales.

3. Submitting a Do Not Sell Request

Even though we do not sell personal information, you may formally request that we confirm our data practices on record. Email info@wyzrai.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request," including your name and business name. We will respond within 45 days confirming that your information has not been and will not be sold.

4. Data Deletion Request

You may request that we delete all personal information we hold about you. Email info@wyzrai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 45 days.

5. Non-Discrimination

WyzrAI will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Submitting a request will not affect your ability to use our free scan or purchase our services.
